Request account deletion

Email privacy@fietzball.com with the subject “FietzBall account deletion”. Include your account email and, if known, your player name. Send from the account email where possible. We verify account ownership before acting. Do not send passwords, login codes, identity documents or payment details.

This opens an email draft for you to review and send; it does not delete your account immediately. If it does not open, copy the address into your email service. You can also use Settings → Delete Account in the app and confirm. Signing out or uninstalling alone does not delete server data.

Data removed and retention

Deletion permanently removes the FietzBall account and linked profile, cloud progress, Stars, Continues, collection, Adventure results and times, leaderboard records, achievements, game history, presence and associated entitlement or transaction records from the active database. Consumable credits linked only to the deleted account cannot be recovered. The in-app flow clears local player data after server confirmation; an email request cannot remotely erase copies on offline devices, so also remove app data there.

Account and progress data are kept while the account is active, with no shorter automatic expiry configured. Linked data is removed from the active database at deletion. Provider backups and technical or security logs may persist until their retention cycles expire. Information needed for legal obligations or disputes is retained only for those purposes and the applicable period; contact the privacy address for details.

This does not delete your Google or Apple account, Google tester-group membership or records independently controlled by those providers, cancel purchases or request a refund. See the Privacy Policy for providers and data categories.
