Terms of Use

1. Agreement and eligibility

FietzBall is provided by Matteo Fietta, an individual based in 36027 Rosà, Italy. By downloading, accessing or playing FietzBall, the user agrees to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

A user must be at least 14 years old to create an account independently. A user who has not reached the age of majority must have permission from a parent or legal guardian where applicable, including before making a purchase.

2. Licence and acceptable use

FietzBall grants a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the game for non-commercial entertainment, subject to Apple's applicable App Store terms. Users may not copy, sell, reverse engineer, disrupt or commercially exploit the game except where applicable law expressly permits it.

3. Accounts

Some play can be stored locally, while cloud save, Daily Challenge synchronization and ranked features require a permanent Email or Sign in with Apple account. Users must provide an appropriate display name, keep access to their account secure and promptly report suspected misuse. One person must not impersonate another or use a display name that is unlawful, abusive or misleading.

Progress may be reconciled across devices and offline sessions. Users should allow synchronization to finish before removing the app or changing devices; local-only progress can be lost if the app or its data is removed.

4. Leaderboards, challenges and fair play

Ranked scores may appear with the player's display name and selected cosmetic ball. FietzBall may validate runs, reject invalid submissions and remove or reset scores affected by cheating, automation, modified clients, exploits, false data or technical errors.

Users must not manipulate device state, network traffic, accounts, run tickets, Daily Challenge results or any other system to obtain an unfair advantage. Responsible security reports should be sent to support@fietzball.com, not used to disrupt the service or other players.

5. Stars, progression and cosmetic balls

Stars, Continue tokens, levels, achievements, streaks and cosmetic balls are game features. They have no cash value, are not legal currency, cannot be exchanged for money and may not be sold or transferred between users. Cosmetic balls change appearance only and do not represent ownership of a physical or digital asset outside FietzBall.

Progression or rewards may be corrected if created by an error, duplicate synchronization, abuse or an invalid run. Reasonable changes may also be made to balance, availability and unlock requirements as the game evolves.

6. Purchases

FietzBall offers optional non-consumable purchases for Chrome, Crystal and Galaxy premium cosmetic balls and Remove Ads. It also offers consumable Continue-token and Star packs. The App Store shows the current local price and purchase terms before confirmation. Apple processes payment, taxes, purchase history and refund requests under the applicable App Store rules; mandatory consumer rights continue to apply. FietzBall currently offers no subscription.

A permanent FietzBall account and successful server verification are required to credit or use a purchase. A valid non-consumable can be restored through Settings on supported Apple devices using the purchasing Apple account. Consumables are credited once to the purchasing FietzBall account, are spent when used and are not restored like non-consumables. Purchases and virtual items cannot be transferred between two active FietzBall accounts, sold, exchanged for cash or used outside FietzBall.

Deleting a FietzBall account removes its active game entitlements and any unused consumable balance, but does not erase Apple's transaction, cancel the purchase or create a refund. A qualifying non-consumable may be restored later from Apple's records. Refunds and revocations can remove access to the related non-consumable.

7. Advertising and Continues

The free game may show occasional interstitial advertising at game over. A player may separately choose a rewarded ad to Continue a run when that option is available. A rewarded Continue is granted only after signed server-side verification; closing or failing an ad may result in no reward.

Remove Ads disables forced interstitial advertising for the signed-in account. It does not remove or automatically grant optional rewarded Continues. Availability of an ad is not guaranteed. Each run limits rewarded and token-funded Continues; a continued run remains eligible for the leaderboard and is still subject to the same run validation and fair-play rules.

8. Availability, updates and changes

FietzBall may be updated, maintained, changed or temporarily unavailable. Internet-dependent features such as authentication, cloud save, Daily Challenges and leaderboards cannot be guaranteed without interruption. Reasonable efforts will be made to preserve valid progress, but the service is provided subject to technical limits and events outside the operator's control.

9. Suspension, termination and deletion

Access or leaderboard participation may be restricted or terminated for a serious or repeated breach, security risk, fraud, cheating or legal requirement. Where appropriate, the operator may first investigate or give notice.

Users can delete their signed-in account from Settings after explicit confirmation. Deletion is irreversible for FietzBall data as described in the Privacy Policy. Deleting the game account does not delete an Apple ID or Apple-controlled transaction records.

10. Intellectual property and feedback

FietzBall, its code, visual design, audio, names and game assets are owned by or licensed to the operator and are protected by applicable law. Users retain ownership of any feedback they are entitled to own but allow the operator to use voluntarily submitted feedback to improve the game without an obligation to compensate them.

11. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, FietzBall is provided without a promise that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device or posture. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.

These Terms are governed by Italian law, without limiting any mandatory protection granted by the law of the user's country. For consumers, disputes may be brought before the competent court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile where mandatory law so provides.

Mandatory rights and remedies available under applicable consumer law are not limited by these Terms. Updated Terms will be posted here; continued use after an effective update means acceptance where permitted by law.
